I,m looking to changing class but I,m die hard 4 stroke. Will IKS let the Biland SA250 run in the Tag or Unlimited class? This is a twin cyl engine which I believe is allowed to run in the nat. tag series.

SIRA in 2011 followed WKA rules for the tag class. The Biland is not an approved engine by WKA. Tagusa at one time allowed the engine but it is now archived meaning it can't be used in national competition in Tagusa races. The way the unlimited rules are written for 2011 it states only single cylinder 4 cycle engines are allowed.
I suggest you speak to one of the directors or attend the rules meeting and see if a provision can be made to allow you to race the Biland. The weight and tech rules as ran when it was an approved Tagusa engine are still available.

Do you know if the swiss auto 250 single cyl is allowed to run in tagusa? That least it would be legal for sira unlimited I would think.

To be clear SIRA uses WKA rules not TAGUSA so the Biland would require a special provision to run in the tag class. The Swiss Auto 250 is not a WKA (or TAGUSA) approved engine in the tag class. If it is a single cylinder engine I see no reason to disallow it from the unlimited class.
